A Program Management Solution to Streamline Youth Programming

Challenge

AHA!, a non-profit organization in CA, provides social and emotional programming for teens, parents, and educators.

The AHA! team needed a centralized database to store constituent information, manage program registration requests, and track program participation across six programs, 14 groups, and monthly parent groups. AHA! also needed this solution to fit within a limited timeline and budget.

Solution

Elevation Solutions and Salesforce.org created a Program Management solution utilizing Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack and Project Management Module. A FormAssembly form was embedded on AHA!’s website and connected to Salesforce to collect participant registration requests.

Because of a tight timeline, a quick-start solution was leveraged to deliver a completed platform within two months. The new solution allowed AHA! to quickly process up to 40 new applications and 34 contracts in their first two months with all their contacts in Salesforce.
